Helpdesk and FLITS-meeting
What we do, and what we do not do
The helpdesk exists to help you with problems with your internet connection. The helpdesk is not meant to help you with hardware problems or generic windows problems. This because it would take too much manpower and time. Besides that, the problems with hardware can be so diverse that even we wouldn't know what to do. We are all volunteers. We'll try to help whenever we can, but we might not have time exactly when you want us to.
We are also the communication channel between the tenants association and the ISP.
You can send us an e-mail or simply drop by. The e-mail addresses are <email@example.com>, <firstname.lastname@example.org> and <email@example.com> for Selwerd 1, 2 and 3, respectively. Or, if you have a general question, mail to <firstname.lastname@example.org> to reach all of us.
